China Eximbank provides $3.7 million loan for rehabilitation of the Raish Khakent-1 pumping station in Andijan oblast On September 12, 2008, China Eximbank and the National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity of Uzbekistan signed a $3.7 million loan agreement for the rehabilitation Raish Khakent-1 (or RaishKhakent-1) pumping station located within the Andijan oblast.
