Grant Description

In 2017, Chinese Ambassador to Bangladesh Ma Mingqiang noted that eight Chinese agricultural experts were in Bangladesh. The experts were working with Bangladeshi farmers with the cultivation of hybrid rice. It is unclear which organization these experts came from.
