Grant Description
In 2014, the Chinese Government provided a $9,411,529.83 grant to the Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo for the Martyrs Stadium Rehabilitation Works Project.
The purpose of this project was to facilitate the rehabilitation of Martyrs Stadium (Chinese name: 金沙萨烈士体育场) in Kinshasa.
According to the Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo’s Aid Management Platform (AMP), $9,099,578.80 was disbursed in support of this project as of July 2019.
