Construction of a Culture of Good Treatment and Wellbeing: training for indigenous and mestizo rural

Women living in rural and indigenous communities in Mexico face high rates of gender-based violence. At the IAF we support community-led solutions to promote human rights and inclusion through education and training.

Our grantee partner Coordinacin Interregional Feminista Rural Comaletzin" (Comaletzin) trains local women leaders in eight states to promote gender equity and reduce gender-based violence equipping them with the skills to replicate the training and build peer-to peer learning and action networks that promote inclusive development in their communities."
