Grant Description

From July 8-23, 2015, Hangzhou Regional Center held the first bilateral small hydropower training class in Rwanda, training 25 technical leaders of the Rwandan hydropower industry.

The Chinese government sponsored program was called the "2015 Training Course on Small Hydropower Technology for Rwanda" and was held in Kigali, Rwanda.
