Grant Description

On May 19, 2016, Chinese Ambassador to Guinea-Bissau Wang attended a ceremony commemorating a $12,000 donation of medication to the Canchungo hospital, located 72 kilometers from the nation’s capital Bissau.

During the ceremony, Wang stated “This support demonstrates the existing friendship between the two countries." The medication was handed over to the hospital on May 19, 2016.
