Grant Description

On 22 May 2015, the Chinese Embassy in Morocco donated a solar-powered water pump to Moulay Bousselham, Morocco.

Technicians from Poly Solar Technologies (Beijing) Co., LTD, arrived in Moulay Bousselham, Morocco on May 11th, 2015 and were responsible for the design, materials preparation and construction of the solar-powered water pump.

The system was constructed with 4KW solar panels and has a pumping capacity of 30 Cubic Meters of drinking water per day. The pump is meant to provide drinking water to 5,000 local villagers. According to the Poly Solar Technologies, this project was completed on 31 May 2015.
