Grant Description

In 2015, the Deputy Minister and Health of Cape Verde and the head of the Chinese Embassy affairs signed a protocol, worth 280,000,000 Cape Verde Escudo.

It stated the construction of a maternity ward with four infirmaries, which includes a puerperium, gynecology, obstetrics and neonatology, 92 beds, an obstetric and surgical center.
