Grant Description

LIFE will work with 13 community-based organizations and clusters of organizations to improve their management, mobilize resources, address environmental issues and increase their beneficiaries' income through community-based business and training centers.

It will target groups that want to engage in self-help but are struggling with poor management and insufficient training and resources. The project will reach 400 people in 80 communities across Jamaica. (JA-111)
