Grant Description

Instituto Mora will work with Alianza de Fundaciones Comunitarias de Mxico, A.C. (Comunalia) and its 17 community foundations throughout Mexico to launch a training program and develop public awareness of the challenges facing the philanthropic sector as well as the need for a regulatory environment conducive to its effectiveness.

The training and other activities for 199 representatives of the participating foundations will directly benefit the grassroots organizations that they support; 1,200 Mexicans will benefit indirectly.
