ASDIC provides jobs and income for more than 250 families and also runs a community-based high school, which is the only educational option for residents of some 14 communities in the municipality of San Antonio Palop, Solol.

ASDIC will also promote women in key leadership positions within the organization and the community, and will monitor students and graduates of its high school to identify trends in job placement and migration patterns. About 480 families from Solol will benefit directly, and 1,060 indirectly.
