Grant Description

economic development projects in six communities in the departments of Chaletenango, Cuscatln, Morazn, San Vicente and La Paz, with support from Salvadoran hometown associations in the U.S.

FUCAD will collaborate with El Rescate, a Los Angeles-based multi-service program for new immigrants, and the Salvadoran governments Social Investment Fund for Local Development. The University of California at Los Angeles will contribute a policy and management analysis component.
