Grant Description

GAIA will work with seven communities (ejidos) in the Sierra de Huimanguillo Tabasco organized as the Unin de Ejidos de la Sierra de Huimanguillo (UNESIH) to support natural resource and territory management.

The project will involve 210 ejidatarios, or residents of ejidos, working in roughly 12,722 hectares of agricultural, livestock, and forested land.
