Grant Description

Fundacin de los Amigos de la Naturaleza (FAN-Bolivia) will work to expand ecotourism activities in Pampas de Yacumo, a municipal protected area near the town of Rurrenabaque in the Beni department.

The project will improve employment opportunities, income and conservation practices as well as develop enterprises in which community residents participate. The project is expected to directly benefit 200 Bolivians.
