Grant Description

Through this planning grant, Organizacin Social Salvador (OSS) will work in approximately four departments of Uruguay in strengthening existing Afro- descendant organizations and formalizing Afro- descendant community groups.

OSS expects to formalize and strengthen at least eight existing Afro- descendent groups and offer them the capacity to access government grants targeted to Afro- descendent groups.
