Grant Description

AGTPB will further community-based tourism in the Piedras Blancas National Park, Puntarenas and surrounding areas by training young members to become licensed guides, conducting a feasibility study to define the services to be offered, acquiring administrative, communication and negotiation skills, and organizing workshops on the environment in local schools.

The project will benefit 20 community residents directly and another 50 indirectly.
