Grant Description
On November 22, 2004, China donated US$70,000 to support the interim Secretariat of the Forum Presiding Officers Conference (FPOC), which represents the Speakers of Parliament and Congress in the Pacific. This would help Pacific legislatures to expand their work in the area of governance. China also provided US$30,000 in 2004 to assist a FPOC delegation visit to Nauru (see Record ID#49704).
