Grant Description

On December 14, 2016, the Chinese government granted 10 metric tons of Chinese hybrid rice to 650 farmers in the Ilocos Norte province of the Philippines whose rice farms were devastated by typhoon Lawin. A similar rice donation was made to the Philippines' Aurora Province on December 16, 2016, recorded in Record ID#49296.
