Grant Description

A project to improve the long-term financial sustainability of community foundations throughout Mexico and strengthen their partnerships with civic leaders, businesses, nongovernmental organizations and public institutions.

The program, launched with a concurrent fiscal 2002 grant (ME-456), will help the foundations better support projects managed by grassroots groups and NGOs to benefit urban residents.
