Grant Description

Centro de Educao Popular (CENEP).

CENEP will promote the use of medicinal plants indigenous to the Curimata territory in the Brazilian Northeast and work with communities to expand on practices that apply them effectively to health care and conservation.

The project is expected to benefit 350 Brazilians directly and another 2,500 residents of 10 municipalities in the state of Paraba.
