Grant Description

Arakuaanda will implement an educational program for 1200 Guarani youth to enable them to reinforce their Guarani cultural identity, and deepen and fortify the practice of their constitutional rights through participating in the construction of new political forms of indigenous municipal autonomy in Charagua and Gutirrez in the department of Santa Cruz.

The project will create an array of regional and local organizations for youth to assert their priorities to become more dynamic actors in the new political order of the two municipalities.
