Grant Description

Minka Trujillo (Minka) will help 130 farmers, including dairy farmers, in Trujillos Santa Catalina Valley increase their income by improving their production of organic foods for sale to consumers and upscale restaurants via Minkas marketing arm, MINKA VERDE. Project activities will benefit another 1,700 indirectly.
