Grant Description

Minka Trujillo (Minka) will help 130 farmers, including dairy farmers, in Trujillo's Santa Catalina Valley increase their income by improving their production of organic foods for sale to consumers and upscale restaurants via Minka's marketing arm, MINKA VERDE. Project activities will benefit another 1,700 indirectly.
