Grant Description

On December 7, 2008, the Chinese Vice Minister of Commerce visited Equatorial Guinea.

During this visit, the Chinese Vice Minister of Commerce and the Equatorial Guinea Minister of Finance signed an economic and technical cooperation agreement (ETCA) granting $4.4 million USD (5.7 million EUR) to the Government of Equatorial Guinea for unspecified public works projects.
