Grant Description
Chinese Government provides $3.6 million USD interest-free loan to Sudan in July 2005 On 20 July 2005, the Chinese Government and the Government of Sudan signed a $3.6 million USD loan agreement for unspecified purposes.
The Chinese Government institution that provided the loan is unknown, but it was likely China’s Ministry of Commerce. It is unclear whether these funds were ever disbursed.
