Grant Description

On August 21st, 2014, the Chinese Government and the Government of Mongolia signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA), which reportedly committed $300 million of grant funding for various (TBD) development projects aimed at improving the livelihoods of Mongolian citizens.
