Grant Description

On September 3, 2010, China announced a pledge to grant 20 million yuan (about $2.9 million USD) to Ukraine for education.

Ukrainian First Deputy Prime Minister Andriy Kliuyev told reporters in Beijing that these funds would be primarily used on the education sector. Kliuyev specified that the funds are for school education and the purchase of computers.
