Grant Description
On December 5th, 2007, Deputy Minister Yu Guangzhou and Macedonian Deputy Prime Minister Zivko Jankulovski signed an economic and technical cooperation agreement in Beijing on which the Chinese government provided free assistance to the Macedonian government on behalf of their respective governments.
During a meeting between Macedonian President, Branko Crvenkovski, and Chinese President, Hu Jintao, in Beijing, President Hu Jintao pledged €1,200,000 euros in technical aid to Macedonia. The aid was unallocated but meant to strengthen education and agriculture. The implementation status of the project is unknown.
