Grant Description
China Eximbank provides $500 million line of credit for construction of 3 cement plants On November 5, 2007, China Eximbank created a $500 million line of credit for the Government of Belarus to fund the construction of three all-dry cement plants (captured in Umbrella Record ID#42171).
The Government of Belarus fully utilized this credit line.
It contracted 3 buyer’s credit loans from China Eximbank for the following projects: a $174.25 million buyer’s credit loan in 2008 for the Belarusian Cement Plant Construction Project (captured in Record ID#66652) an $183.29 million buyer’s credit loan in 2008 for the Krichevtsementnoshifer Cement Plant Construction Project (captured in Record ID#66650), and a $142.46 million buyer’s credit loan in 2009 for the Krasnoselskstroymaterialy Cement Plant Construction Project (captured in Record ID#42179).
