NPEC will commercialize electric service within the service territory presented in the map in item (v) above.

Member-owners will purchase electric power from NPEC, which will maintain the power system and network as is done in all electric utilities.

The construction and operation of the Ntatumbila mini grid will be implemented with the technical assistance of NRECA through ZECDP.
