To solve our operational challenges, we plan to invest in a complete digital transformation of our delivery services at WENI.

This involves the development and implementation of anintegrated logistics platform, powered by cutting-edge technologies such as AI, geolocation and predictive analytics.WENI already has an order management application that records all our orders, assigns them to delivery drivers and provides real-time information on each parcel.

This application also enables retailers to find out the amount to be paid to them, and the status of parcels that have been restarted or returned.In addition, we plan to develop a network of local partners (to date we have reached 3,900 retailers and users) to extend our geographical coverage and improve proximity to customers.

We will use digital tools to automate partner recruitment and management processes, ensuring seamless integration into our delivery ecosystem...By applying these solutions, we aim to reduce delivery delays by 30%, improve customer satisfaction by 20% and increase our geographical coverage by 25% over the current and coming years.

This grant project is designed to support this digital transformation and stimulate our company's growth by strengthening our position in the market.
