Grant Description

The purpose of this project is to increase the incomes of KAPFCSs members, suppliers, employees through cassava processing activities.

KAPFCS seeks to increase its production and packaging of plain gari, super gari (gari mixed with shredded roasted coconut, milk, and sugar), depah (cassava flour), fufu flour (fermented cassava flour), and wet and dried fufu (fermented grated cassava paste).
