The grantee will use funds to improve the productivity and profitability of its chicken farm.

Equipment to be purchased includes a maize milling machine machine to produce high quality feed, a solar electrical system to provide renewable energy and reduce operational costs, a tricycle to enable the transportation of farm inputs and the distribution of poultry products to local markets, as well as tools to ensure proper feeding, hydration and temperature control.
