Grant Description

On October 24, 2014, China pledged a 500 million RMB aid for the Ebola-hit countries in West Africa. This aid is for Liberia, SIerra Leone, Guinea, and international organizations. The donation was completed on November 20, 2014. In total, China has donated $122-m to fight the Ebola outbreak.

This aid package included donation of equipment such as medical beds, 224 medical personnel, and a medical center in Liberia (Linked to Record ID#45030).
