Grant Description

In 2013, the Chinese Government and the Government of Azerbaijan signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA), which committed RMB 30 million (about 4.89 million U.S. dollars) of grant funding for an unspecified set of activities.

The agreement was signed between Azerbaijani Deputy Prime Minister Abid Sharifov and the Chinese ambassador to Azerbaijan Hong Jiuyin.
