Grant Description

On November 21, 2011, China's Ministry of Commerce and the Jordan Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) committing RMB 50,000,000 of grant funding for unspecified purposes.

At least a portion of the grant proceeds from this ETCA appear to have financed Phase 1 of the Russaifah Water Network Reconstruction Project (see Record ID#41066) which was completed in 2012. It is unclear how the rest of the ETCA was spent.
