Grant Description

On June 19th, 2005 Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing agreed to give Jordan a 2.4 million USD grant, as part of a two-day visit to Amman.

The 2.4-million-dollar agreement aimed to boost economic and technical cooperation between the two countries and would be used to finance development projects, according to Jordan's Planning Minister Suhair Ali.
