The goal of this project is to promote the use of indigenous cereals and pulses, increase farmer incomes, and decrease malnutrition among rural and urban populations through the production of a range of healthy popped-cereal snacks in Nairobi, Kenya.
The funding will go towards putting up sound proof production room, purchase of the needed equipment such as revolving coating pan, flour milling and packaging machine, capacity building and administrative costs.
