Grant Description

On 18 September 2014, AVIC International donated an infrared fever-sensing thermal scanner to Zambia, which was installed at Simon Mwansa Kapwepwe International Airport in Ndola. The purpose of this donation was to prevent the Ebola virus from spreading to Zambia. A similar donation was made to the Kenneth Kaunda International Airport in Lusaka ( see Record ID#40923).
