Chinese Government provides a RMB 200 million grant to Tajikistan via a May 2013 ETCA (Linked to Record ID#40482, #69997, #40479, and #72802)

On May 20, 2013, as a part of an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA), the Chinese Government agreed to provide the Government of Tajikistan a grant of RMB 200 million, as one of seven agreements signed between China and Tajikistan during the official meetings and negotiations between Xi Jinping and President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon.

The other agreements signed on May 20, 2013 were: a collection of loans totaling $20 million USD to Amonatbonk (captured by Record ID#72802), a collection of loans totaling RMB 33 million to Amonatbonk (captured by Record ID#69997), an agreement for the reconstruction of Regar Substation (captured by Record ID#40482), a loan to Zijin Mining for investment into the Zeravshan Gold Mine (captured by Record ID#40479), a technical cooperation agreement, a fruit inspection protocol, and a sports cooperation agreement.
