Grant Description

On April 11, 2002, China agreed to grant 5 million RMB (~600,000 USD) to the Kyrgyz Defense Ministry for material and technical facilities and foodstuff during a meeting between Kyrgyz Defence Minister Col-Gen Esen Topoyev and Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the People's Republic of China (PRC) to Kyrgyzstan Hong Jiuyin.
