Chinese Government provides RMB 30 million interest-free loan for provision of medical and educational equipment On October 21, 2002, the Chinese Government signed an RMB 30 million interest-free loan agreement with the National Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the provision of laboratory, medical, diagnostic, surgical and educational equipment equipment to Uzbek medical institutes and clinics.
