The equipment, which is valued at $296 million JMD, is a gift from China, which will provide a free one-year maintenance of the equipment.
Ministry Paper No. 24-2012 may indicate the commitment year is 2012 instead of 2011. The transaction value was originally coded as 296 million USD (the value of the equipment).
