Grant Description

On September 12, 2011 the Chinese Vice Premier Wang Qishan said China will also help build an early warning monitoring network for earthquakes and tsunamis and provide training for disaster reduction and prevention for countries in the Caribbean. There is no indication that such a project has been started.
