Grant Description
In March 2015, the Government of People's Republic of China agreed to provide grant assistance of RMB 800,000,000 to the Government of Nepal through an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA).
The grant assistance was allocated to to support mutually agreed development projects in various sectors, including infrastructure development.
The Government of Nepal’s Aid Management Information System (AMIS) records the grant commitment value as $128,872,778 and the grant commitment date as March 17, 2015. The AMIS does not specify whether any disbursement have been made through this grant agreement.
