Grant Description

On December 16, 2010, Chinese and Papua New Guinea government officials signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) in which China granted 15 million PGK to Papua New Guinea to fund unspecified projects.

Foreign Affairs Secretary Michael Maue said projects to be funded would be identified under PNG's development strategic plan 2010-30 and Vision 2050.
