Grant Description

On October 22, 2003, China sent the third youth volunteer team to Laos to help with Chinese and English language teaching, music, medical, computer, and agricultural training, and business administration. The 13-person team was the second team organized by Shanghai. The team returned to China on April 22, 2004.
