Grant Description

On December 30, 2012, the Chinese Government and the Government of Guyana signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) in which the Chinese Government committed RMB 30 million in grant funding to Guyana. The funds were to be used for bilateral relations promotion as well as economic and technical cooperation.

The projects will be decided upon between the two governments and were currently unspecified at the time of signing.
