Grant Description

On December 13, 2010, Dr.

Ashni Singh, Guyana's Minister of Finance, and Yu Wenzhe, the Chinese Ambassador to Guyana, signed an economic and technical cooperation agreement (ETCA) for the provision of a grant worth USD 7.5 million (50 million RMB).
