Grant Description

On December 27, 2013, Chinese Ambassador to Togo Liu Yuxi and Togolese Minister of Economy and Finance Ayasol respectively signed four agreements including a bilateral economic and technological cooperation agreement (ETCA) granting RMB 50 million. The exact projects the RMB 50 million is allocated for are unclear.

The other three agreements include a grant for RMB 180 million (recorded in Record ID#36403); RMB 210 million to extend the electricity network (recorded in Record ID#36406); and RMB 628 million from China's Exim Bank for renovating a road in the capital (recorded in Record ID#68494).
